Film and Stage Production
We are always interested in Producing , Co-producing and investing in film projects and stage productions. However, be forewarned, we are highly selective in who and what we invest in. Complete information on the project, such as union/non-union, budget, casting, director, producer, insurance, etc. is a must. Your request must be made in writing.

Land Investments
Do you own land (no buildings) that you are seeking to sell? Our Land Investment Division is interested. Call us with pertinent information such as location, size, tax map, zoning, etc. and, if interested, we will make you a cash offer.

Manuscripts and Publishing
Do you have a manuscript for a book you are seeking to get published? Our Publishing Division is interested in reviewing it for consideration. We prefer fiction in the following genres: science fiction, fantasy, medieval, gothic, horror. Selected authors will have the opportunity to have their works published "On Demand", be sent on book signing tours, and radio and television interviews as part of marketing your work.
